DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the UAE:
Shipping takes 7-14 working days by a third-party courier company.
In sales periods shipping might extend by seven more days.
Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 on domestic orders.
Confirmation email will be sent to client once the order is out for delivery, & delivery will be within 4-5 working days. in case of no contact from courier company it’s the client responsibility to follow up by email or instagram. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier company before canceling the order with no refund.
